Hillsides near Mercurol, exposed to the South-East. Sandy clay soils with worn stones.

Training: double Royat cordon ; Yield: 45 hL/ha ; Plants average age: 25 years.
Winemaking
Fully destemmed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration. In a tank for 2 to 3 weeks. Regular punch-downs and pumping-overs. Partial ageing in French oak barrels.
